Day 1 : CUSCO / CITY TOUR AND 4 RUINS EXCURSION

Upon arrival at the airport a host will meet and assist you in transferring to the hotel and help you in registration. Morning at leisure to adjust to the altitude.

Tour of Cusco and its ruins. This afternoon's tour of the oldest continuously inhabited city in the western hemisphere includes important landmarks of enchanting Cusco and also the nearby ruins of Qenko, Puca-pucara, Tampumachay as well as the Sacsayhuaman fortress. Once the center of the Inca civilization, modern Cusco is a delightful combination of Inca and colonial architecture. During the tour, you will visit Cusco's Cathedral, Santo Domingo Church and the Plaza de Armas

Day 2 : SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS / URUBAMBA

In the morning we travel by private bus to one of the most famous natural and archaeological attractions in Peru, the Sacred Valley of the Incas. After a 30 kilometer drive we arrive at the colourful Andean market of Pisac. Here we visit the Inca ruins high above the village. In the afternoon we will continue 45 kilometers along the valley to the Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo, before returning to our hotel in Urubamba.

Day 3 : URUBAMBA / MACHUPICCHU OVERNIGHT.

In the morning we will return to Ollantaytambo from where we board the train to Machu Picchu. We will visit this magnificent citadel with the company of an expert guide before returning to Aguas Calientes where we will spend the night at a local hotel.

Day 4 : MACHUPICCHU / CUSCO

This is a free day for individual exploration of Machu Picchu or an optional short trek to Inti Puncu (the Sun Gate and entrance to Machu Picchu), and an ascent of Wayna Picchu. In the afternoon we will return by train to Cusco. Transfer to hotel from train station.

Day 5 : CUSCO Transfer to Cusco airport.

End of service.
